Would you like a precious, and expensive gift? All the gold,
pearls, diamonds, and rubies of the world can't buy it. If you
wish to obtain God's gift, then acquaint yourself with Him and
His terms for receiving it.
The perfect God knows how to give perfect gifts. His precious
gift to all men was given, so all may receive freely from him.
God is like that pearl seeker, "Again,
the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking a
goodly pearl: who when he had found one pearl of great price,
went and sold all that he had, and bought it." Math. 13:
45,46.
If God wants to choose the best gift to send it to mankind,
what would he send us? All the gifts become of no value if man
has to leave these gifts and go to suffer in an eternal hell.
"For what shall it profit a man,
if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?"
Mark 8:36. The soul of a person is the most valuable
thing in the world. God's best gift is the salvation of a person's
soul from hell.
Gold, silver, and money can't buy a perishing soul. Neither
by money nor by works can a person help his perishing soul because
the Bible says: "For the wages of sin is death; but the
gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Rom. 6:23. Bulls, sheep, and lambs can't redeem the souls of
men. The soul of an animal is not eternal as is the eternal
soul of man. The animals were not created in the likeness of
men, and therefore can't be substituted for man who was created
in the likeness of God. And God said, "let
us make man in our image, after our likeness: ..." Genesis
1:26. Who can buy the perishing soul of man? Because
man disobeyed God and sinned he was condemned by God.
The penalty and punishment of sin are eternal condemnation in
the lake of fire and brimstone, where man is separated from
God for ever and ever, never to see God again. God is so merciful
and loving that He does not want man to perish. God, by His
love and mercy, bought the perishing precious soul of man. But,
you ask, how did He buy it? Man can't buy his own perishing
soul. A man drowning can't save himself and he cannot save another
drawing person.
The Bible says: "There is none
righteous no not one." Rom. 3: 10. And "All have
sinned and come short of the glory of God." Rom. 3: 23.
Then we can conclude that
it is impossible to find a mere man
to save man. God says in His word: "And
He saw that there was no man. and wondered that there was
no intercessor; therefore His arm brought salvation unto Him;
and His righteousness, it sustained Him." Isa. 59: 16.
The Mighty God did not find anyone that could pay the price
of sin. No prophet, priest, or leader were sinless to be able
to redeem mankind.
"For unto us a child is born, unto
us a child is given; and the government shall be upon his
shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor.
The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The prince of peace."
Isa. 9:6. "Therefore the Lord himself shall give you
a sign; Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and
shall call his name Immanuel." Isa. 7: 14.
God gave "Himself" as a sign. He was born
of a virgin, was called "Immanuel" meaning God with
us. Few people knew that, the baby born in Bethlehem was The
Mighty God, The everlasting Father, and The Prince of Peace.

Rejoice in your heart because God is merciful
and His Great Gift to you is forgiveness of sin by his own blood
so that you can have real peace with God. This peace is between
you and God. Repent of rejecting God and repent of walking with
the devil and all his lies and lusts. Then believe in the presence
of the one God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and accept Jesus
Christ who died to redeem you and save you and give real peace.
When Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem, God gave mankind the
greatest gift, "HIS SON". God did not create His Son,
God is not a woman to give birth to sons, and God is not a partner
with His Son. The Lord Jesus Christ has said: "I
and the Father are one." John 10:30. Jesus also
said: "He that hath seen Me hath
seen the Father?" John 14:9.So we can say with Paul,
"... God was manifest in the flesh,
believed on in the world, received up into glory."
I Tim. 3:16.
Thomas exclaimed "My Lord
and my God." John 20:28. The Apostle John has said:
"And we know that the Son of God
is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know
him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his
Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life."
I John 5: 20. The Lord Jesus Christ prayed and said:
"And now, O Father, glorify thou
me with thine own self with glory which I had with thee before
the world was." John 17:5.
The glory of the Lord Jesus Christ was
the same as the Father's
glory from before the beginning of the world, and this is why
the Bible says: "Who being the brightness
of his glory, ..." Heb. 1:3. The Lord Jesus Christ
was the brightness of the glory of God. The Lord Jesus and the
Father are one. He was with the Father when He created the heavens
and the earth: "And, Thou, Lord,
in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and
the heavens are the works of thine hand:" Heb 1:10.
Our Lord Jesus Christ, changed water to wine, to prove that
He who created the atoms of the world can also create the missing
atoms to make water wine. The Lord Jesus Christ who created
the heavens and the earth and made its laws of nature, could
order its winds to stop and its waves to be calm. Jesus Christ
the Mighty God who created all the angels of heaven, could condemn
and expel the fallen angels.
This same God who is in heaven, wants to help us, and save us
and give us the greatest gift ever given to man kind. Will we
listen to Him, believe Him, and accept Him so that He can do
this great work in us. God the creator came to help you; "And
no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from
heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." John 3:13.
Jesus came down from heaven to die, and by His death He
has destroyed the power of death, that is, the devil. "Forasmuch,
then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he (Jesus)
also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death
he (Jesus) might destroy him that had the power of death, that
is, the devil;" Heb. 2:14.
So Jesus paid, by His death on the cross, for the penalty
of sin. No, wonder all the saints in heaven will sing: "And
they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book,
and to open the seals there of: for thou wast slain, and hast
redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue,
and people, and nation:" Rev. 5: 9. |
Jesus Christ who was crucified, bought us
by His blood. The Bible says: "And
almost all things are by the law purged with blood, and without
the shedding of blood is no remission." Heb. 9: 22.
He became the only mediator between us and God. "For
there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man
Christ Jesus:" I Tim. 2: 5. And now all those who
believe in Him will not perish. "For
God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life. John 3: 16.
Because the salvation of God is not according to our
works but according to His grace, and believing in Him we will
be saved. "For by grace are ye saved
through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of
God: Not of works, lest any man should boast: "Eph. 2:8,9
To receive the precious gift of God which is eternal
life, we must believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was God in
flesh, And being found in fashion as a man, died on the cross
for our sins.
If you want to receive this gift now, confess with your
mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. That is, "He was with
the Father from eternity," because the word Lord is
Jehovah, which means "always present, eternal, not created,
The Creator. Also you have to believe in your heart that God
has raised him from the dead. This is the Lord Jesus Christ,
who made redemption for us on the cross, and was put in the
grave for three days and three nights. He did not remain in
the grave but He rose victoriously over the grave. Do you
believe this in your heart?
If you believe, God will give you eternal life. "That
if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved." Rom 10: 9. What did God
say he will do: "If you confess with your mouth and believe
in your heart?" Thou shalt be saved. Does God keep his
promise? Yes He will.
Now will you trust God and believe in him, confess Jesus
Christ as Lord and believe that He rose from the dead? And
will you accept Him today as your personal saviour? Do you
want to pray to Him so that He will give you this gift, and
that you will have eternal life? The Bible says: "For
whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Rom. 10: 13.
Are you eager to receive this gift now? Then bow your
head and pray wherever you are, this prayer. "?Lord Jesus
Christ I am a sinner, and the wages of my sin is death. I
can't do anything to wash away my sins. I ask you Lord Jesus
to wash away my sins in your blood that was shed on Calvary.
Lord Jesus I believe in you. Come now into my heart and save
me and give me eternal life as a gift. I ask this in the name
of the Lord Jesus Christ."
If you have prayed the above prayer and the
Lord saved you and gave you the gift of eternal life, please
write to us so we can rejoice with you.
