Dear Praying partners

 February 16, 1962 was a historical date in my life. It was just before sunset  when I entered the city of Jerusalem for the first time in my life. That night I slept in the mission apartment to wake up in the morning and look out of the window and find the ground is covered by snow. This year on December 27 the city of Jerusalem was  covered by snow as I saw it 45 years ago.

 Last year we printed 6,000 tracts, and we send and distributed over 5,000 tracts. This year our plan is to print and distribute over 10,000 tracts. We have already this year have send out and distribute over 7,000 tracts. We also have the tracts on our web and we also send these tracts by Email.

The government is passing laws to allow owners to increase the rent five to ten times the present rent. They already passed the law to increase the rent on commercial places. They are going to pass a law in the year 2010 which will allow the owner to increase the rent. If they pass this law then the rent of the church will go up between five ten times the present rent. Already the owner is telling us that the church rent is commercial and he wants to increase the rent or evacuate the building. From our church offerings we could have bought a land and built if the scare of land is not eight million dollars. The smallest piece of land to be able to build a church will be one forth of an acre which means we most have two million dollars before we think of building.

If the government pass these laws, then in a years or two years time we will be needing more support in an amount of one to two thousand dollars. Keep praying for us.

 Dear Praying Partners:

We might face a rent problem in Jerusalem, an acre in the area where the church is around eight million dollars so it is not possible to buy and build.  we rent and the owner wants to raise the price many times the present value. Pray that we can solve it peacefully. and with reasonable price. If we do not solve the problem we might end in paying a month around  $800-$1000 more then we are now paying.
